Our bonds with sailing have strong theoretical and practical foundations,
reinforced by almost forty years of family experience in this field.
Bartek Olczak has over twenty years of experience as a yacht consultant, advising clients on new yacht designs, charters and used yachts from 10 to 100 meters in length. Bartek was a member of the national sailing team in the past.
He gained experience by graduating from the Sport Championship School in the sailing class, studying at the Academy of Physical Education in Gdańsk, specialization: sailing.
Bartek has been sailing since he was 7, first at BAZA MRĄGOWO on yachts of the class OPTIMIST, 420, 470 andDN and then on the WARTA-Polpharma catamaran, captained by Roman Paszke, or in the MK Cafe Sailing Team under the sails of Karol Jabłoński. He also took part in one of the largest sea regattas in 2019 -ending with taking second place in the prestigious classic of large yachts Rolex Middle Sea Race with the crew of the yacht “Aragon”.
At the same time, Bartek improved his skills working for brokerage companies dealing with yachts of the German shipyard Lürssen and the Polish shipyard Cobra Yachts.
In 2014, Bartek founded Jachttravel.pl. Since the beginning of his career, Bartek has worked closely with the Cobra Yachts shipyard on new construction projects.
Bartek is active in the media, where he answers questions from the broadly understood area of yachting.
His specialty is providing consulting and charter services for private buyers, as well as consulting, charter and marketing consulting services for yacht companies.
